Sparring/Coaching with Enterneers® involves dedicated training and support in systemic development and transformation as well as Enterprise Leadership 5.0. Challenges are reflected together. Knowledge and experiences are exchanged and deepened according to the situation. Different options for action are developed and tested. Feedback is provided by a person with several years of relevant entrepreneurial experience. Strategies, concepts, and measures are planned and implemented together.


We as Enterneers® know the principles governing the individual development phases of a company. We have dealt intensively with the typical pitfalls and regularities and experienced their cause-and-effect principles as entrepreneurs or CxOs. As an outsider to the company, we are not blind to the business and can objectively identify blind spots, unfavourable circumstances, strengths, and weaknesses, providing valuable insights to entrepreneurs. We can help shape and guide the growth of business organisations. We have a deep understanding of creating and embedding stakeholder-centered management and operational excellence.


 

Two-in-a-box Sparring

Open, visible, and active collaboration within the organisation.
Integration of the sparring partner within the project or program.
The sparring partner acts like an interim or in-house manager.
The sparring partner is assigned to at least one manager.


 


Shadow Sparring

Undisclosed background sparring with one or more individuals.
Collaboration outside of regular business operations.
The sparring partner is not actively integrated into projects.
No substantive tasks that require interaction within the company.


 


Personal Sparring

Personal sparring without other people.
Consistent 1:1 format in a suitable environment or remotely.
Dialogue outside and without any visibility in the company if desired.
Focusing on personal tasks, training, and decisions.


 


Peer Group Sparring

Moderated regular sparring within a defined peer group.
Agreed focus on a dedicated topic, project, or program.
Structured and targeted collaborative further development.
Additional individual (1:1) coaching sessions if desired.
