Anyone who has study the section Elements of Enterneering® of our app should have gained a good overview of important topics in the development and expansion of companies – topics that lie beyond processes, systems, products or projects. An important concern in the compilation of the contents and the formulation of the statements in our app was to promote practice-relevant awareness and clarify interrelationships that are strongly influenced by individual thinking and action and by the human factor. Many experiences from real-life situations and human behaviour patterns have been incorporated into this app, which does not claim to be complete. Each reader and user must derive the appropriate measures in their respective situations and take their own decisions.

We hope our app has highlighted the paramount importance of establishing and nurturing an appropriate corporate culture, as well as engaging, empowering and developing the people in the organisation to achieve sustainable business success in the 21st century. The most important organisational components necessary to integrate qualified, motivated and successfully working people into a contemporary and efficient structure have also been presented and explained. Why each element is important, and how to implement it successfully, has been clearly demonstrated. Individual topics have been underpinned or vividly presented in various practical notes and excursuses.

Finally, it is not a matter of implementing all the contents and elements of Enterneering® as an entrepreneur. It is about ensuring that the right talents perform the right tasks with adequate budget and empowerment. It involves identifying what needs to be worked on and with what priority, while also establishing a personal and company roadmap for this. Hopefully, our app has provided enough ideas and inspiration to encourage further engagement with Enterneering®. Advice has been given to help create a working environment in which the necessary talents feel comfortable and can develop in a committed way.

Entrepreneurs who embrace effective Enterneering® and orient their attention, thinking and actions accordingly, put themselves, actively and consciously, in a position to empower the people and organisation of their company to work successfully in the company.
